Thank you brothers of our Rover Community!

Just wanted to share my appreciation for the help I received today from a couple of fellow members! Anthony Werre (Werrea) and Toby Pond (tpond) were able to put eyes on a '92 RRC SWB that a friend of mine in the Bay Area was seriously considering buying. They offered to help on extremely short notice (within just a few hours), defied Portland traffic for a rush hour viewing, and gave us the needed insight into the truck to realize that it wasn't the deal we had hoped it would be. For that we are very grateful!

And thanks also to Josh Ashcroft who offered to put eyes on the truck tomorrow had I not been able to find anyone today on such short notice.

Thanks again guys! - Dave Frank

If anyone was considering this truck, let us know and we can give you the skinny.

Agreed! Awesome guys!

That is a good looking LWB, but ironically it's from the same seller. Both trucks look really nice in their ads, but unfortunately the swb was a bit of a Monet. There were just too many undisclosed issues to justify his firm price.

Must have cash in hand to view? Wtf? That'd been a red flag for me.

I didn't kick the tires. It may have fell apart. She was a 200 yard beauty at best.

Holy crap! My bad! I thought you said Toby was with you and I never saw him on the FaceTime video you did! Yes, Ryan is an awesome guy and I really appreciate the second set of experienced eyes! Thank you Ryan, and sorry I messed up my own thank you post earlier! ;-) Beers on me!
