Are you suggesting that a fine Americana Icon such as this is ugly?

I know Chris well. They have a great shop and he's done a lot of work on my truck. Very skilled and knowledgable and a true enthusiast. Does custom fabricating too - you may have seen the rock sliders he designed for my truck - I posted them a couple of months ago. He has some master Land Rover mechanics on staff that I recignized from when I was a newbie and stupid enought to go to the dealership. Great guy too - someone you guys could enjoy a beer with, plus, his shop is next to a gun shop, what could be better.

What a great mix. Beer and guns.

This is where I take my vehicles when I have a problem I can't fix or am too lazy to fix.
But I've been liking the DIY garage in Round Rock. $20 an hour for a bay with a lift and all the tools you need.

I can vouch for the gun shop and prices...good to go. Haven't been able to get a Rover there yet.

I saw the pictures you posted of the sliders he did for you and they look great...meant to thank you for giving props to a local. I've heard good things about Chris and his shop from others and I'm look forward to meeting him.
