We still have good supplies of brand new factory complete 300 Tdi engines on hand and currently do not installed used or rebuilt diesel engines.

Looks very good

I'll take that as a big compliment considering (I'm guessing here) that the factory built yours and this is a 94 NAS 90 that used to be V8 EFI.

Post pix of the factory Tdi engine bay. I'd like to see one.

Moving as much weight as you can over to the passenger side is a good idea as it weighs about 100lb less on that side. Good job!

In Ref: to the TDI porn, does anyone know the part # of the main wiring harness for a 2002 or newer d-90 with a ROW 300tdi ? This harness would be for the newer style dash but with the older 300tdi non computerized engine.

Thanks for the kind words about the new shop guys. It took about 14 months of here and there work (while still working on customer trucks) to get it done, but now that it is fully up and running it is great and projects are going much faster now. Nice to have some real space to work in and... it only took 15 years or so to get it.

This truck is awesome. I have a question about the build. I noticed there is dynomat under the rear load matt. I was thinking about doing this in my ST. I always wonder though wont it turn to crap if I get caught in the rain with the top off? I know the rubber matt will be over it but I know water can get under it (rain, washing etc).

Thoughts?
