Suburban Brake line

I know a few Rover guys also have Suburban's. There is a known issue with brake lines failing in the 2000-2003 years. I had a failure over the weekend at highway speeds and will be changing mine out. I actually did this install on my friends 95 Suburban last summer (much easier than mine will be). Are the kits from Classic Tube the way to go? Does anybody have any experience with other pre fabricated line companies? Any help would be great. The Chevy Forums suck.

No experience but if it's a New England car I can tell you that my 2000 grand cherokee needed all chassis mounted break lines replaced in the last 3 years. I did all the rubber lines as well as a precaution last year. It's a 15 year old truck, I wouldn't go crazy buying anything other than the most affordable brake lines

Summit has them for about $300 for stainless. I will probably go that route. Follow up: Just called the dealership, I guess they have the set for about $100. Not sure it is stainless.
