Strange morning

So i was commuting to work in my 90, and while stopped at a light i get rear ended by a Hummer H2, at a very low speed (~1-2 mph) by a hummer. I set the brake and jump out to look, and then i see the driver - he is wearing a full face mask and a white 50's style hat.. with what look like kids in the car. He also gets out and says sorry..

No damage that i can see - i jump back in, and pull off... given the face mask i no longer want to be out of the truck.. i go a little ways down the road (the hummer still behind me) and pull into a turn lane (not my usual one) so i can get a picture of the license plate.
he stops next to me, i roll down my window and he asks if i want to trade trucks.. all is ay is "No"... i have the camera ready but down, when he starts pulling off i get 2 shots of the truck and plate.

Then whole time i'm thinking, shit... why did i put off concealed carry?.. i'm unarmed and even though he has kids (maybe? or smaller adults which is not impossible given
demographics) in the truck that does not mean much nowadays. He's either doing this intentionally or a complete idiot.. (hopefully the most likely).
Either way i did not like it, and am wondering if i am going to now see this H2 again possibly with a different intent.

When you say full face mask do you mean balaclava?

I want to see pics.

Doing what intentionally? Rear-ending people?

WTF! Yes, clarification needed on "full face mask". Jason Vorhees? NFL style? Leatherface? Hannibal Lecter? Prosthesis? M95 NATO?

Baclava yes... (It's 42 degrees, so not cold)

Different intent... There have been numerous scams here over the years involving rear endings..also a few car jackings as well... Not common but not unheard of either..

Personally I think he's an idiot.. But the black baclava set me off..

Wait: was it baklava or a balaclava? I need to know, 'cause I could really go for a pastry right now.

Some burn victims have that type of mask on to keep their faces moist.

First it was no mask, then he put on the mask before stopping next to me.. So I'm ruling out burn victim for the time being.
Initially I only saw him for a second, was looking at my the rear of my truck.. When he said sorry..

If someone hit me, and THEN put a mask on...yeah I'd probably want to get out of there as well.

Is it possible this gentleman in the H2 was either a Mexican Pro-Wrestler, or Eric Stoltz from "Mask"?
