Unless they are shorter than me ... No...

Really the freaky thing about it was the putting on the mask then stopping next to me (holding up traffic)...

The rest, I'd put down to being an idiot.

this is when i got behind him - you can make out the hat... (at least in my full sized image)

White Fedora - Full Black Balaclava face mask...
It is definitely weird to pull the mask down AFTER hitting you (you should have started with that bit of info) but I can honestly say I don't think I've heard of a single crime committed by anyone wearing a Fedora, aside from a crime of fashion.

why the mask after you've seen his face other than to do the unexpected for situational control? run the plate number

get your conceal carry. You never know.

I had a guy in Barre VT 3 years ago that was about to try to rob me/ jack the the Disco.

I had to drop off some rent money at a supper sketchy biker bar for a storage unit I was leasing. Any ways I see this nutter ob high on something standing on the side of the street when I pull in. Im wearing nice cloths as I just got done flying a flight. I get out check my surroundings see the guy at about 50ft just watching ne hands in pocket. I open up the back door to lean in and grab my 2 1/2 year old son from his car seat. I look back the and tweakier is at a jog with his fists up muttering something coming towards me. I lifted up my shirt a little, flipped the safety off and pulled hammer back on my H&K USP and stared at him. He stopped dead put is hands above his head and backed away slowly around a corner. I said fuck this place and left. 100% sure that dude would have tried to hurt me and my son. Always conceal carry

If you decide to part out your truck because of the accident, I'll take your left front wing. That thing looks nice and straight.
