Storage for a 90

It looks like I am eventually going to be relocating to Chicago from the suburbs. My issue is I currently have a 4 car garage with cars in all the bays. If we relocate to the city the most I will have is 2 spaces to park in. I'm going to need to figure out where I can keep my defender since it is not my daily driver. I can live with 3 vehicles (wife's RR, my S7 and the 90). I just need to figure an economical place to keep the 90 when its not in use.
I found this place http://www.uniqueautostoragechicago.com/services.html that I can store it. Just wondering if anyone has experience with a company like this or I am welcome to other suggestions.

I looked into something similar here. The only thing I didn't like (and it was being nit picky and cheap) was you had to give them 3 days notice if you wanted to pick it up and take it for a few days. The reason was they park them in front of each other so they can get "buried" if you don't get it regularly. Oh, and there was a charge to un-bury it. Otherwise I thought it was a well run operation and almost did it....but then I moved to the suburbs.
Good luck!

It depends on what your goal is. Do you want it IN Chicago? Do you not care if it's outside of the city, etc.?

We store our NYC car in a hotel garage and they have a "long term storage" program for $200 a month and we just pay $10 each time we want to take it out. We do not need to give them any advanced notice. It's by far the best deal around here.

If outside of NYC you can always check craigslist for garages you can rent that are on a route that you often take out of the city. That's what I do with my defender as it was going to be A TON to park it in the city. You can always check out you-store-it places for their garage bays too. I personally wanted my own garage (and have it) with access to power, room for additional storage, etc.

I never looked at a hotel for storage. And you-store-it is a good idea too. I will look into that.
Thanks!

A college friend of my daughter has a building downtown and may have some room. I'll check and report back.

There maybe good deals you could negotiate in the Chicago loop parking garages under Millenium park. Their debt was recently restructured.
