Storage Box Lengths

I am in the process of making more boxes. Several folks have requested different lenghs than the one I offer. The size I currently make is 32" long. I have had request for 22", 27", 27.5" and 24". As much as I would like to make everyone a custom lengh box, it simply just doesn't make sense economically for me to offer a bunch of different lenghs. If I can get an idea of what size most people prefer, I will price and offer another size.

I also want to thank all of you whom have purchased boxes from me in the past, I hope they have worked out well for everyone.

For more information, see the Custom Mods/Tool Boxes for Series and Defenders.

Thanks!

Troy

I could use a 27" box or something shorter.

Hippert - I need to edit my previous post.

My boxes are 32" long and I put 35" in the previous post. Can you help me correct?

Thanks in advance!

Hmm looks like you wrote 32" to me!

I have some of Troy's Boxes! They are GREAT! LOTS of room for all your tools!

Thanks for getting back to us. I have my forward two jump seats in. What I was looking for was a box that sat next to it . I measured and it would be 19 inches long. This allows room for seatbelt brackets. i thought someone else was looking for a sim setup. Let me know. Also do you do something for speakers? Thanks JP

What would be the ideal stoarge box would be one with a 3 inch drawer along the entire bottem and a place to house a speaker similar to the Tuffy. Are either of these mods possible? If so I would like two.

I'd love one full length or maybe a bit shorter with a cutout for a sub on the end nearest the front seats. It's been a pain in the ass so far trying to figure out a sub mounting point in my wagon without it looking stupid

Troy,

If you are still making these I'd be interested in two of the 32" ones.
Any drawer units yet?

LMK.
Thanks.
Paul

Sorry about the full in box fellas.

I am in the process of making more boxes. I will be making the typical 32" long version and about a half dozen that are 19" long as requested by some folks. I will post when available. I am guessing in the next couple of weeks as time allows. I am currently not planning on making any with drawers or any with the lid hinged opposite as I have done for some in the past. Thanks for everyones interest and patience. As some of you know these boxes are just something I do in my spare time.

Tool Boxes

Thanks for everyones interest. I will now make at least 10 that are 19" long. The 32" should be completed next week. The 19" boxes hopfully the week after. As some of you know I am recovering from some surgery so I REALLY appreciate your patience.

Exclamation Storage Boxes

I was able to get my quotes on the material for the boxes and as suspected it has gone up since I ordered last. I have worked up the pricing for the boxes. The 32" long boxes which were $175 each will now be $195 each. The 19" boxes will be $175 each. Those of you who have expressed an interest, please let me know if you are still interested given the pricing. I just need to make sure I have folks to purchase a few of them once I make them. I again want to emphaisze that this is not what I do for a living it is just simply something I do for fun. My profit on the boxes is less than $25 buck each. That seems to be a question I get often. Once I hear from some folks I will order the material based upon that. I will get them made as quickly as possible.

32" long - $195.00 each
19" long - $175.00 each

If anyone has any questions do not hesitate to contact me:

Thanks!

Thumbs up ANY LEFT? I am interested

Troy,

I keep seeing all the kudos in the forum about your boxes and I am in the market for one right now and would gladly send a check today... 3 questoins.

1.) Do you have any available/unreserved right now? Sizes?
2.) Do you have any pics available (installed preferably) so I can see how they look?
3.) What are the advantages to the Tuffy's?

THANKS!

Paul Scharfe

There's a lot more room in Troys boxes than the Tuffy box because his have an extension that go up into the space under the curl of the rear fender. Its amazing how much stuff will fit in one of the 32" boxes. I think they are made from a heavier gauge of steel and they are cheaper than the Tuffy as well. Troy also doesn't rape you on shipping charges - I think mine with the lock was $190 delivered - I sent him $200 just because it was so nice.

One of the best accessories I've bought for my truck -count me as another satisfied customer.
