Anonymous tips like this come with a note of caution as to their veracity.

Not that I can see anything on ebay being sold by said party.

Care to share some more information?

It could be as little as, "this person bought parts from onlineseller411 and the parts were not as described"

I messages that seller numerous times stating that some of his doors looked like my old doors from previous defender and asked where in Wilmington he is located so I can link up with him.
He hasn't messaged me back in days after several of my messages.

Something's fishy with that dude.

I wonder if it's someone we all know???

Beware. Do not buy used parts from a certain seller in Wilmington, NC. There are currently parts listed on ebay acct of "onlinesales411" that DO NOT BELONG to him. Inventory not purchased by him were removed from the shop.
Purchasing stolen property will implicate you in the ongoing criminal investigation.

Woah. Details?

That doesn't confirm the parts are stolen, just from someone most of us do not want to have dealings with

Accusation is that these are takeoff parts from builds and ownership is claimed by party providing the vehicles for builds. There is a civil case pending. I was warned not to buy any as a judge may force return to plaintiff.

This is truly a WTF thread. Newbie starts it and bails then Briggsie digs up the evidence. I wouldn't buy anything from him. As Uncle Douglas pointed out you may just be leasing the parts and have to give them back.

Or these are just take off parts from projects and builds that Aaron sells like he always has.
