Step One: Emission testing the 83 d110

So in Tucson, AZ, you to have a emission test before you can tag your vehicle. Went to testing station, they checked the vin, made sure it matched the V5, took my $9.50 and gave me an exemption, for technical diffculties due to the fact the truck is full time four drive. No smoke check, nothing. Good for 5 years...

Tomorrow it gets a level 1 safety inspection, the lowest level of inspection

good luck. in Jersey when they had inspections 2 years ago I was worried about the wheel on the hood (I took it off) and the inspector asked me where my spare was.... He was from the islands and new the trucks fairly well...

I had to have a level one inspection done on my D2. It didn't have a horn, broken windshield wiper and full hydro steering...it passed

I'm not really worried

Move to VA. NO safety inspection and NO emissions test, plus plates are good for life!
