You could do a combo sign like the hook em horns and then the left hand index finger. It would confuse the hell out of anyone else and if you were in compton would probably either end you up in trouble with the cops or... you might end up with some unexpected new friends (crips or bloods)

A left hand salute might be obscure enough…

.It’s more or less tied in with motorcyclist though coming from another motorist there is the chance it could be recognized in context of a fellow rover driver with out resorting to unmanageable contortions of the digits.
