SPI has gone out of business

I was informed this morning that SPI who makes aftermarket and genuine Defender and Series body panels has closed up shop. According to my UK supplier prices for panels have shot through the roof over night and are expected to climb steeply until someone else begins making the stuff. The demand has also increased Genuine items.

This will also drive checker plate items as they are mostly made by SPI also.

If you are planning on buying body or dress items in the near future, expect prices to be drasticly higher.
