I'm amazed by the NY / NJ price difference ... actually I'm grateful for the NJ / NY price difference ..

@Jason,

I was on the Palisades last week and I was running low. The first station on the NY side was over 5$ and the NJ side was in the high $3 range...

Right outside the Holland on the NJ side are some of the best prices I ever see for gas. The taxis and limos always fill up on the NJ side if they have a client who has caused them to cross the border.

I live and work in NY but try to buy all my gas in VT. Since it's just a few miles away and I'm there most weekends and gas is much less expensive.

I feel like CT is by far the worst / most expensive. I hate driving through that state!

At least the prices are per gallon and not per liter. Talk about price shock.

4.09 per gallon for diesel here. 3.89 for premium. 3.59 for regular.

Not saving much over a 2.5 gas with my Tdi VW, but whatever, I am saving a ton over driving a rover.
