So long old Scout

After 15 years, 7 moves across the country, being a part of two kids' births and becoming teenagers, old Scout finally had to be put down. Will be sorely missed.

Been there and know how deep it hurts.
When my first dog died many years ago my father said "Son, a dog is the only love money can buy".

Exactly. Looked like a very happy dog. And as the ad once said, " dogs like trucks!" All the best in this tough time.

Been there. I recently stopped being a doggy daddy. Sucks. Hardest thing, but the right thing sometimes.

That's such a true thing. I'm really sorry for your loss...Dogs are an incredibly huge part of the lives of everyone who cares for them! It's really sad that they have such a short life...
