So what do suppose the UK court system would throw at the owners of those vehicles if they rolled into a stream after being run off the road ? Obviously have parts from more than one vehicle etc....

Do not worry, the car in the right pix is an original Mini. As such, the distance between the headlights is actually 6 inches, so even with the lift kit, the car is really only 4 inches off ground.
