How's the hood looking? I was amazed Sunday by the plowing they did till a friend's mom told me there was a prominent Dem living down the street. Which explained VDOT clearing the hood.

Still not great - getting better quickly, though. Could be due to the Dem - but the other rumor is that someone paid a private contractor to do all of Franklin Park over the weekend.

So the prominent Democrat makes sense, because I saw a Secret Service SUV at Massachusetts and Virginia.

Oh, and someone at the top of Massachusetts now owns a Unimog (see below)

We are now at day 10 without Internet or Phone (Great work, Fios!). We left town Thursday to head to New Enland skiing -- predictably there was virtually no snow up there.

Thanks, and be careful what you offer!

I did manage to get the rental ford flex stuck in a snow bank on a snowmobile road well off the highway in northern Maine. Not my finest hour, and compounded by the lack of recovery points on it.

Tony,

You have an open invite, whenever you want to get out of the deep snow!

There would be more of these kind of problems as the snow always ruin your machine.
