My garage leaks like a sive. It's scheduled for a new roof this spring. But the ceiling is some kind of cement and plaster combo that likes to snow periodically, between the leaking.

That's how I keep the paint so pretty.

Good eye Phil, I'm replacing some of the gaskets and one of my pumps in the washer resevoir. Just waiting on parts.
