So last saturday a good friend of mine got married in Portsmouth, NH -- he and I both have white 94 90s. As we're standing in the back yard of the Moffet-ladd house waiting for the bride to arrive -- those few last moments of fleeting freedom passing him by, what pulls up in front of the house but . . . a white 94 90. ARB front bumper, unpainted soft top rails for a bestop, white 110 wheels and it looked as though narrow 35s. The sweet sound of drivetrain backlash was more of a comfort to the groom than was the guitarist.

Are you on here, Mr. white '94 with amazing timing?

So.......he pulled into the driveway with the white D-90, and then pulled out and left without introducing himself. Were your D-90s arround?

No, this was in Portsmouth, NH; Brian and I both live in Arlington. The wedding was in an old home in the backyard, the truck was on the street out front.

And, in true stalker mode, I think my wife got a picture of the truck, I'll post it up when she's downloaded the images.

Hmm. Not sure I've seen it around. I think Matt Browne lives in Portsmouth. Maybe he knows who it is. Post the picture, might help in recognizing it.

Slightly creepy having your wife take a picture of a defender over a fence . . . but the groom was encouraging it at least. Are those 33-10.5 MTs?

I live just up the road in York, ME and have never seen it around. Might be a tourist; Portsmouth has lots of them this time of year. I did see a British Racing Green ST in Portland, ME about 3:30 last Thursday. Never seen that one before either.

*bowing my head in shame* In my defense I was looking over a fence from up a hill, across the street, through traffic while baking in a polyester tuxuedo at the time.

excuses are not tolerated here, if you have at least one eye, and are slightly better then legally blind in it you should have known!

Its a good looking bumper. I personally think that every Defender owner in the U.S should know about and contribute to this fine website.

Okay so some local people are checking in. I've consistently seen two d-90's on Plum Island in Newburyport where we live. One is an Arles Blue '97 with a yellow southdown snorkle. We waved at each other a few weeks ago. The other is a red soft top with a fiberglass top, black rims and ARB bumper. Since N-port is small, especially plum island. Anyone know who these guys are?
