Shop recommendation around Portland Maine?

Hey guys, looking for a good independent LR shop in/around the Portland Maine area that is knowledgeable of RRCs. Thanks.

Did you move up here???

I've used Autolab for some projects like full brakes and a leaking transmission seal. They are not solely LR but they are knowledgable and work on a lot of older British cars.

What work do you need?

Kevin, hey man...no, didn't move up but I do have an office in Portland. Love it up there. Actually a work colleague has finally caught the bug from listening to me and now he's interested in a 95 RRC to keep at his cabin house. So just prepping him for some repair resources while I try to find him a good example to purchase. My dads already talking of selling his but I'm trying to convince him otherwise. So on the hunt for one now.

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.

For Rover specific, Matt Brown.... but last time I checked with him he was super busy with resto work.
Autolab is good. Small shop with two mechanic/owners.
I also used Wyman's for some rust repair.

I may know a 95 coming to market soon.

Matt Browne of course, but he's a little far from Portland.

Kevin, by the way, I think I saw your truck parked on Spruce St a few months back? My 90 was parked in the driveway right next to you overnight, but your truck didn't move so guessing you didn't see it

Spruce St in Portland and overnight? Definitely not me unless my wife drove it while I was away. hmmmm?

I have not seen another silver RRC here. Do you live up here now?

I don't but I have good friends I visit fairly often. It was a pre '89 (large fuel cap & exposed hinges) and silver. It actually looked fairly rust free as well. I thought I had snagged a picture but I can't find it now.

Ah well.
