Long shot but I have one 1500 sq ft shop left for rent in southern Maine in a brand new building I'm doing. 12x12 overhead door, 16' ceiling front sloping to 13 rear, Led lit, inferred heated with property very set back in gated, security Monitored small business cluster. I'd even split it with the right person as I'd love space to build my series but I just don't need the whole space. Should be done inside construction in a month or so and all open floor currently so built to suite if desired. 900$ a month plus utilities. Photo from a few weeks ago, all skinned in with over head doors going on tomorrow

Wow, that's beautiful stuff. I have a friend with a small shop hear in northern Virginia. He's losing his shop in September due to new major road being developed. Nothing comes close to that you have there for under $8k/month.

Thank you, it's been a long time coming and I'm excited how it turned out. Only wish I could take a unit like I planned but oh well!

Maybe not as long as you think. What is the best way to contact you off-line?

My e-mail is jthomp2917@aol.com.

Thanks.

Where in southern Maine? Wish I could float splitting the space but that's not in my cards right now.

James are you moving to Maine?

If this is who I think it is, we might have a solution. There is a 3-bay shop w/ 3 lifts and typical heavy equipment currently rented for $2/month very close to me. Includes parking for ~ 20 cars. Landlord is a nice old salt with no exit plans for this and his adjacent facilities (and IMO, the location doesn't lend itself for future development). Tenant of 24 years looking to retire and exit now. Just confirmed on the phone.

Oh how I wish, however, at least back to the US.

You're not far from Matt Browne. Is he still working on Rovers? He is in Elliott.

Russell, let's get together or have a quick call to discuss. You know how to reach me.
