She's crossed over....

"Do you know how much those damn things cost?
"I don't care, it's my money, it looks good, I want it"
"You know it's a six speed manual, right?"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"
"You know you can't talk on the phone or carry on a conversation over 40 MPH"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"
"You know it doesn't drive as smooth as your Sport"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"
"You know you have to hand wash it, you can't run it though a high pressure car wash or it will fill the inside with water"
"On a truck with only 9000 miles? Seriously?"
"Yep"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"
"You'll have to fill it with smelly diesel"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"
"no sat nav, no Bluetooth, only a CD player"
"I don't care, it looks good, I want it"

I gave up......

She's a keeper.

That's how we ended up the the '97 SW at our house

On the phone...

"What's that red one with the white top up on the rock?"

Almost the same conversation after that...

It's a German spec Experience Edition. Has a gorgeous leather steering wheel, leather shift gaiter, and half leather seats. It has pretty much every option except those space robbing rear seats. I'm glad, 'cause I would have had to remove them if they were there.

No messing with the woman's truck. She can have space robbing rear seats if she wants them. Need I remind you "I don't care, it looks good, I want it"

Great looking truck, congrats.

Curious if this is the 1972 110 or a different truck. What year does the state of Georgia consider it?

Winn, I'd love to link up with you some time and drool over both Ds, and mainly to check out the TD5. I'm just over in Columbus.

She's actually going to be in Columbus tomorrow, but I'm gonna try to talk her in leaving it home so I can put a decent stereo head unit in it.

Come on over tomorrow if you want. call me 229-389-1766
