Seat replacement (not off roading)

My D90 is now my daily and I am thinking of getting a set of tarmac friendly seats meaning off road form fitting seats are not what I want. Any ideas based on this simple criteria list:
Comfort
Neck/head support (standard seat headrest is just high enough to C4 me into a wheelchair if in a bad accident)
Back support (lumbar disc issues)
Wider seat (anti slip laterial support not needed)
Can not (will not!) spend $1500+ for 2 seats
Easy in/out with existinf seat sliders
May splurge on heated as it was a bit cold and rainy yesterday (got caught in a storm with no windows)

Appreciate the help

Just found this in the projects forum - nice but now $2000.
Anyone want a kidney?

They also have seat mounting brackets specifically for the defender.

Hope it helps.

Nope - but it is just 4 bolts and the whole seat come out - not optimal but can be done within minutes. Even faster if you set it up with a stud and used butterfly nuts.
