RV load on a Dormoble?!

I was talking to my neighbor and he had just bought an RV and had a 20 year note on it... I was wondering if you could pass off a Dormobile as an RV and finance it for 20 years?? specifically the one at RMR4x4.com

Thoughts?

I think it has to have all the amenities of a house. Such as a shower, toilet, fridge, and stove, and bed....
