RURR: Alabama to Virginia?

Anyone coming north from the Birmingham AL area to NC (Uwharrie?) or VA anytime soon? Looking at a rooftop tent down there.

I can possibly get it to Nashville area, then if someone can get it further east that may workout. How big is it, will it fit in the back of a D1? I no longer have a rack.

I am going to try and meet up with the TN Rovers group since I will be moving up there, maybe one of them could help get it farther east, I also may be getting a uhaul at some point in the next month or two, what is you time frame. Doug, are the doors from MDT Armoring because I live 15 minutes from there.

Is TN rovers still active?

Nope. They are @ RMR in Birmingham.

I wish. It's always nice to go and be able to see a whole fleet of brand new 110s. Like I said though, I'm moving to Nashville and will no longer be so close. They did have tons of parts out back though and the finished product is really cool. That is from a few years back, but you get the idea. They won't let you photograph the finished product.

Meet a couple times a year, and head off road mostly thru LRN, and occasionally as a small group on our own.
