Rugged Guide UK

Does anyone have any input on Fraser at the Rugged Guide. I was thinking of purchasing a 110 ex mod from him and was wondering if anyone has had done any business with him.
I have been emailing back and forth with him the past 2 weeks and everything seems legit to me. he seems to have a vast knowledge of the 90's & 110's and his work looks good from the pics. Just a little leery on money transfers on big dollar items when I've never seen the shop or talked to someone in person. It's just to easy to internet scam people these days. Especially on such highly coveted items such as 90's & 110's. Any input will help greatly I want to give him my business he seems like he is dedicated to his work and a great guy.

BTW this will be my first land rover I have always had Jeeps.

Thanks,
brad

I have been contacted by several considering buying an ex mod truck from him but they have all ended up buying the trucks direct and having Abe handle a pre-purchase inspection and drive. One of the things many have gotten uncomfortable with about Rugged Guide has been the lack of an address or any other details of substance about the company. He's buying the trucks from Withams as thats the only place you can buy them. Go direct, buy a Tithonus truck thats been completely refurbished and have Abe's pre-purchase inspector pick a good one.

Contact Mike (30A). His truck is a Rugged Guide build.
