RRC Parts for your Defender

Ok, here's a question for the group. Given parts commanilty, rarity, value, etc:

Given the chance to strip parts from the early RRCs, what would you grab for your Defender? What would be the priority items?

all the hub and brake stuff. Per Revor, the hubs can be used to convert rear drums to disc on 93's. Also, the AC vents.

Depends on what year the RRC is. Pre-ABS grab a set of hubs and rear calipers to convert your salisbury and grab the LT230 and linkage off an 87-88 (easy $100 for the linkage).

Suspension is all pretty similar too.

Axle tubes, eh . . . not moved by them. 4.2 ECU is a good score out of the LWBs. All the sensors off of any 14CUX truck for spares (TPS, MAF, O2s) ignition amp, dizzy, coil etc. etc. etc.

Grab the jack as well. I love those things. I sold a couple off and now wish I had not.

Me, I would grab in this order:

1. The jack and handle
2. The spare wheel and tire if it is a steel wheel.
3. The tool kit
4. Engine sensors and computer
5. Anything that looked "new[er]"

How about all L/R parts that will fit a defender/90

I have an 1985 90, and was wondering what will work also. I know some disco stuff will work, but not exactly sure what.
