RRC Ladder....do they exist?

I'm so tired of climbing up my doors to get on my roof rack. Then basically having to jump off and hope not to fuck myself up to get down. I use my roof rack frequently and am wondering if there are rear ladders available to get to my rack.

Here's my sweet process now:

RRC Ladder....do they exist?

I assume you need something to get at the sides since one stands on one's lowered tailgate to access things at the rear of the roof rack or (in my case) Thule bike rack horror.
Otherwise it's one foot on the door jamb and one on the arm rest and hope I don't fall.

I've seen that ladder in person, it's really sweet. Works well too!

Use the tailgate as your step. Close the hatch and climb right up. The latch handle makes an nice step.
