RRC Identification/Anyone seen this

I kept telling myself I needed a new daily driver until the 110 is built. Those voices are powerful and my willpower weak so I brought this one home yesterday. Never had a RRC but it's a 94 Vogue LSE with 93,000KM. Anyone recognize the badging R/1 or on the side? Has body kit of some kind.

Needs a new transfer case (search is on) as VC is locked I think and I am researching new Shock options. Appears to have been converted to LR coil springs. Chirps when turning, steering stiff and seems to have a slight jolt when driving. Not many Long Wheel base examples here in Saudi or at least in Eastern Province where I live.

Any input welcomed

Some info from a RRC aficionado friend:

I am 95% sure that is a brooklands body kit was a $2000 option in this country
The center console is definitely custom from one of the modifiers in England has a TV etc.
The badges are probably some arabs idea of cool. Or like I said a dealer special edition. Like the GDE I have

ID plates should be on drivers door or if LR special vehicle on radiator support like we saw on that P38 at the junk yard.

He can send the vin to the gaydon heratige trust and they could tell him what they know about it. Vogue has been used in various ways as marketing ploys for all Range rover classics, it started when a classic was pictured in Vogue magazine in the 80s and was called In Vogue.
From what I can find there was a Vogue spec and a Vogue SE spec the Vogue LSE is simple the L stands for Long. We know it as the County LWB in the states

Note we refer to the body kit as a brocklands it was designed by TWR (Tom Wilkinshaw Racing) same people that designed the TWR 5 spoke wheels people like over here.

Hope that helps.

The R1 badging is ghetto fab, and doesn't mean anything Rover-specific, just that the pevious owner was without good taste. . The R1 logo is based on the early (late 90s) Yamaha YZF-R1 sportbikes, sort of like all the posers who put Nissan/Skyline "GTR" badges on their Mustang GTs, etc.

The front quarter fake grille if of the same ilk. I've seen those for sale in the accessory aisle of Pep Boys, AutoZone, etc. The 50th anniversary badge is from some other Rover, but not an RRC like this one, as the 50th was in 1998.

Mission #1 if purchased should be to remove all badges except the Range Rover ones and the Vogues LSE one.

Good luck!

Ha...that makes sense about the badging considering most things here are all mixed up! That center console in the back is actually a rear AC unit with a fold down tray of some kind (lock is broken and havn't broken in yet)

Main priority now will be finding a new working transfer case and tossing the badges in the fire pit. Thanks guys

I've seen a rare option before that was a fold down bar for RRC's that were converted to limos. Could be something nice in there.

I've never seen TRW body kit that would fit a LWB....which is what a Vogue is basically in other than NAS trim!

Looks like a lot of creative (or not) modding!

New first priority...break in to find something liquid considering how DRY it is here literally. A double shot of anything will work

Having a WTF moment....OK Better now. That's more fake fur than is legal. Why is the body a different color from the rear door back?
