I, too, like the factory RRC rack.

Our buddies Keeney and also Bradshaw have them on their RRC's.

build your own?

Not affiliated, they use the old Con-Ferr style of gutter mounts, have a variety of designs for racks. I used thier mounts and some Superstrut to make my basic rack.

Those ARB racks are stout and look right too. I've only seen one in person on a 90.

That's what I really want on my Defender. Mike Boggs has the only one I've seen. ARB isn't very clear on which fit kit is required for a D90.

I thought about building my own...but thank goodness I got distracted. Don't need another "project" no matter how small. Production around here is getting backed up!

This is Wilderness rack on my 94 LWB. I believe they make a short and a long version. I have the long one. It's very strong. One of my hobbies is photography and I take pics from up there. I am in the process of fabricating a CT style ladder.

Don't be a MV hater.

Besides, I'm not the one who started a thread about Landies and racks...

I was merely pointing it out.

Hey I was just wanting to get a few ideas on augmenting my RRC's look with a nice, medium duty, stout rack...no harm was intended in my inquiry...

Yes, and I'd say Boggs has certainly used his a lot over the years.
ARB is very tough.
