Nice, I looked over as we came on (Green LR3 heading the other way) and figured it was someone on here. Made for an interesting drive for a bit getting back up here!

Yep, I remember seeing you going north and thinking to myself....I need one of those right about now. I didn't realize it was you though Ray.

Did you see the white 90 SW parked at the bottom of someone's driveway on 29? It looked cold and lonely.

I was headed to Wintergreen and when I turned off on Route 6 headed to 151 there had been now plowing done yet. Thank goodness for CDL and lockers. Would have been a perfect trip had I had both wipers.

Clay

Clay-
Didn't see the white 90SW, am heading back down Mon to deposit the wife so will keep my eyes peeled in case it still is at the end of the drive. Throwing new shoes under the truck and then driving down/back that day to get her was vindication-meaning she gave the stamp of approval to it on the way back. Had I not thrown the nittos under it I would have been in similar shoes to yours...trundling down/back in Coyote.

Pic from today for my fellow Marines. Was on Myer, so I figured I'd swoop by Iwo on the way off post.

Really? Dont forget the extra hand in there too...

Hey, since you braved the storm Thursday in the new ride-and that was quite a storm- what's your impression of the D3 in full snow mode?

Utterly fantastic. I wouldn't want to do deep snow in it, but for getting from point A to B in inclement weather it was rock solid.

Dave, do you have a drop curtain behind the bulkhead or are roughing it?

Yes x 2.

I have a sheet of plastic hanging on the hoop behind the driver's seat (ghetto drop curtain). It works well when the going is slow.

On the interstate, the draughts are just too much and it stays "fresh" inside the cabin.

One more day of snow fun and the the long trek home.
