Checking in from the heart of Winter Storm Knife. You guys may have seen my town (Hamburg, NY) on the weather Channel the past few days. This shit is no joke. I have 5' of snow in my yard and we are supposed to get another 1-2' by the end of tomorrow. I wish I hadnt blown the diff on my D2 at ROTR this past weekend! It has the 4" lift and 33s with my winch and ALL my recovery gear in it. Thank god I also built a beefy LR3. Platinum Front Bumper, Suspension in High mode and transfer case in low = plowing through 6' snow banks at the end of my street to get to the store this morning (I think the travel bans are for people with 2wd, right?) Nevertheless, I am the only person from my neighborhood to be able to leave so far, so I have plenty of booze and provisions. Even the snow plows are getting stuck.

Erik can you take out a Defender with some LED headlamps installed (sans any heating elements) out and track their effectiveness over a 3 hour journey this evening? Thanks! That of course assumes you can see out of the windshield with the defender's amazing windshield wipers... Stay safe!

Absolutely! Just as soon as this Strongbow infused buzz wears off enough to drive and you provide me with said Defender!
