Ahah! That is the same rack design I want to make for my 90 - sloped down in front to follow the contours of the roof. Thanks for posting!

If I were to guess, its probably made by Safety Devices for LR. Maybe you could get them to throw one in the container with the ones Mike is bringing in?...

G4 rack is defiantely on my wish list. I hadn't noticed that the a/c grill bump out is painted black on G4's before.

Yes, that rack can be available if there is enough demand, but won't fit NAS.

Does Safety Devices have the Rembrandt of racks and cages on their staff? Even though they get criticised for stuff periodically, they consistenty have the best looking cages and racks by a wide margin. Its almost the only stuff that looks OEM, practically everything else looks aftermarket in a bad way.

Mike, I understand the NAS 110 cage would be in the way, but what about the 90? Wouldn't this clear the cage on a 90?

Nope.
The cage and the rack would occupy some of the same space on a NAS 90SW.

You should give mantec a shout, as the G4 challenge this year has been cancelled due to lack of funds, they might have a lot of roofracks going spare!
