Got 28 on a road trip over the holidays -- in town about 18 or so maybe a little less.

And the Defender is "hers" (which I always find funny since she can't drive a manual)

03 HSE is the wife's ride. My daily driver is an 03 Disco. Since everytime I go near it, he has to go along, I guess the D90 is my dog's.

sorry for the hi-jack...replaced the tranny at 42kish along with CVs, just got it back from the dealer for two front wheel bearings and a leaking front airbag on the suspension. Three other buddies I know have had CVs done under 50k too, one had a transmission also. Great fun car, but I wouldn't own one out of warranty.

Does your wife drive it like she stole it?
I've been test driving few for a family hauler but only in 6 speed, no autos. I assume yours and your buddy's are auto's right?

Back to the original post. I do not have GF or wife but the last girl I dated for a short time has a Rubi unlimited that is built. The chick is also hot but in a very short time I found out that she is crazy. The current one has Toy Taco.

Wife's daily driver is a 04 MINI S:

But when it snows, she takes which ever Rover (usually the HSE) she wants and I take the leftovers.
