Anyone ever purchase from here? A guy that I use for some mechanical work on my Land Cruiser mentioned that they were crazy cheap. I didn't have a frame of reference for Land Cruisers, but checking on the Defender stuff it does look pretty cheap. Just wanted to know if anyone had anything to say about actually ordering from them.

I have been using them for years. Great prices. You just need to know what you are buying. If you call them it is a waste of time unless you are just returning an item. Last week I ordered ABS sensors for a Suburban and had them the next day... They have lots of distribution houses throughout the U.S.

Just ordered a new clutch for my truck from them. Fast shipping and the parts were exactly what I ordered.

Pretty much every part I need I check on RockAuto first before hitting up the usual LR parts suppliers.

Nice. I am going to be an ordering fool.

Ya the master clutch cylinder was one I was looking at specifically. Ridiculously cheap.

Great Service. I've purchased from Rockauto on several occasions.

On this specific part, be careful that you are getting a well known brand. The failure rate of the off brand ones is very high.

What he said... I like to use them for getting the premium/name brand parts.

I've used Rock Auto and always got great prices with no hassle. Here's an ongoing thread with 5% discount codes.

The true test of a retailer is when there is a problem with an order. They failed utterly with me.

I've bought from them several times and have always had good results. Their shipping on heavy/bulky stuff like replacement exhaust components and mufflers is also relatively cheap.

Always look carefully at who the manufacturer is for what you are buying. They sometimes have 5 or 10 different versions of the same part from many different OEM manufacturers. It gets confusing if you're not careful.

I've used them for bearings and u-joints and such. As far as LR specific I would rather deal with Will Tillery.
