Ron, sorry 'bout the job- but look at the opportunity you are taking advantage of!!

If you make it to Scottsdale by end of the week, let me know- headed after parts from a pretty cool source- you are welcome to tag along.
Cheers, and enjoy the drive.

Been at Mt Rainer for 4 days did part of the wonderland trail.
Spent the night at Samminish lake in Washington , nice little lake with million dollar homes,
Im headed for Ozett WA where there is an island that I heard is the western most point of US.
Thanks for the encouragement
Not sure where im going from there definitely south.

feel free to reach out if you need anything while in western WA and certainly if you are headed out to the peninsula - we are in Gig Harbor just across the Tacoma Narrows on your way west.

Always happy to have visitors

If you are in to that kind of thing, on the way down south stop at Point Arena in Northern California. It's the closest land mass to Hawaii, as well as having the tallest lighthouse on the west coast.

Since it's closest to Hawaii, almost all of our trans-pacific fiber optic cables leave from there.

That's some very serious left lean going on... is something broken on your truck?

Also, you planning on coming down past lassen and the east side of CA or down the Mendocino coast?

Not sure. I believe the owner is a board member now but I haven't heard from him in a while. His work took him overseas for long spurts iirc.

Tracking Ron's trip would be cool. If you want to do this Ron, send me an email - likely easy to do with whatever smart phone you have.
