Rims for 35" and noise/ride

Started a new thread so I did not Hijack the Tires thread...that said,

What are the cheapest steel rims I can get? Since tires are cheaper in 15" diameter, I am looking for those. What I am after is (thinking about) going to a 35" from my 33's.

Which brings up two more questions--
How is the ride with 35's? Is it still fine for colorado to moab road trips? And will my 2" suspension still be adequate or do I need to up to 3"? I would like to keep the truck as low a center of gravity as possible.

Thanks.

American Racing from Gulf Coast Rovers. They are great rims and not to expensive.

^^^^ what he said. Also, if you don't mind the wagon wheel model, GCR is selling them for like $33 a piece right now but they only have a few left.

Also, what is the best backspacing for this tire size? (35") and rim width (is 8" best?)

Hey Chris, The typical backspace will be 4.25-4.5 . This works well with 35s and requires the least rubber flare or body trimming. If you want a used free set, I have four rover accessories 16inchrims with something like 4.5 or4.75 backspace up in Vail. JP
