After 27 years of driving in the US and 1 year now in England, I never thought I'd admit this, but I actually prefer RHD.

Both our rigs are RHD. I don't think it's worth the $$$ to swap them.

Defenders in particular are better RHD as there is more space for the driver and more room in the engine bay to work on the controls.
