Rest in peace Jimmy Salmon

I got word today that our dear friend Jimmy Salmon has passed away. He was such a good guy and would always sit around the fire and tell you a good story and have a drink with you. One of the most stand up guys ever.

Jimmy was such a fantastic guy. He will be sorely missed.

Never forget when his truck laid an egg at romp in '08. Wherever you may be now, 3rd low and boot it, my friend

I remember when I was new to the hobby, he dished out some helpful hill climb advice akin to "3rd low and boot it". RIP Jimmy.

Jimmy was always entertaining and a source of great fun on the trail with his "enthusiastic throttle."

This is disturbing news. My first camping/wheeling excursion in my first D90 was with Jimmy and a handful of others at Rausch Creek in 05. Jimmy was truly a good guy. Very welcoming at the campsite (offering food and drink) and very helpful on the trail. Fun to be around. RIP brother.
