Replacing 110 2 door fixed windows with sliders

I have been researching replacing the fixed windows in our 110 2 door hardtop with double sliding units.

Boat Windows, Rv Windows | Motionwindows.Com

Will build any custom size window.
The "African Roof Sides" have twin fixed windows about 39" X 11.5 that would cost roughly $250 each delivered to VA.

Anyone have any experience with Motion Windows?
They make to order with a 6 to 8 week lead time.

Those might be the windows in my new-to-me 109 sides.

When I get home I'll look at the brand. Then again they are 20 years old.

BTW sliding windows in a 3 door LWB is pretty much the greatest thing to ever.

I have a set of 110 sides on my 109 that use the same sliding windows as my 90. Not a factory window but a type that looks correct for LR and I believe is the same size as the LR cutout.

I can go look and see if there is any identifying marks. $500/side seems high.

I think these are the ones.

Have you looked at the options from Rimmer Bros?

I like those matching double side windows better than anything I've seen before in a 110 HT.

When you already have fixed windows, it becomes a custom application because standard OEM Rover windows don't fit in the hole left when a fixed window is removed.
This requires a custom window the same size or larger, but NOT smaller like the Bearmach or Britpart ones.
You have to fill the hole left when the fixed window is removed.

The custom ones from Motion windows are the only ones that I have found to order that will work.

Years ago I had 4 Series sliding panels cut up and re-welded to form 2 double sliding roof sides.
The result was nice, but the almost all windows like this one will be.

If you had solid panels, well that is a blank canvas for whatever you want to fit.
