Hope you don't mind Jack but I really like this picture of you in SA... I have a lot of family living there and many fond memories made in that city. This is one of my favorite rover pictures...

Me too! Although mine didn't run, so until I got that sorted out I got a 70's datsun b210 sw when I was old enough to drive for I want to say $450. Ragged the hell out of that thing and it wouldn't quit.

Aah, explains your hesitancy to sell. Donna seeing yours when I bought Janey is how I have mine now so thanks anyway!

That was the day I picked up my 1985 Range Rover Vogue from a dealer in San Antonio.
Funny thing was that the truck was originally from Cobb County, Georgia about 4 miles from where I lived. It had been sold to a dealer in San Antonio and I had to fly out and drive it back.

4 miles!? That is funny, but seems that happens a lot... new rover ownership beginning with a road trip. Your photo looks like it belongs in a magazine or a brochure. I'm glad you got that shot and shared it. I really like it... I would think that just about every member of my family, in youth and/or in age has had their picture taken in nearly that exact spot

1989 Isuzu Amigo. 2.6L autobahn stormer. I brought it with me when I was stationed in Germany. My GF at the time was splitting the drive to Paris with me, I passed out and we woke up at home. I asked her how fast she was going and she said it would only do about 125 KPH... Except the speedo was in MPH. That thing never ran right again.
