I'm going out on a limb here...but probably Woodbridge VA as the title suggests.

When you email them about a group event, would you ask I kids can come to closed events?

We are glad to hear of your interest in Red Cloud Off Road (RCOR) which is located in Woodbridge, VA. Uh....Yeah..... cryptic much?

Our facility is available for private events at a rate of $1000.00 per day$50 per vehicle @ 20 vehicles....$25 if we get 40 vehicles without food and $1150.00 per day with food. For private events, we will provide Marshals to help with trails, extractions, etc. In addition, latrine facilities will also be provided.

For events hosted without food, we ask that no glass (food and beverage) items are permitted. NO open fire cooking will be permitted on the RCOR property, unless it is performed by our staff.

The minimum number of vehicles is 20 for private events.

For private events, we will allow children provided their parents supervise them while on the RCOR property.I was gladly wrong

Happy Trails!

That really doesn't seem too onerous.

Yah, sign me up. I'd think that if we planned out a month or two and ensured that we didn't conflict with conclave or MAR we should be able to get a good turnout.

I'd almost think that looking in October would be a good idea. More time for people to get a hole in their calendars. He'll, give it a name, make up some shirts and give some lead time and you'll be turning people away
