WOOFER. Duh.

Liked that my disco had its sub mounted on the rear door. Anyone retro one to a ROW tailgate or rear door?

my brother has a sub mounted in a Troy box and its a pretty slick installation.

Troy still makes and sells the box's.

Yep, I've got 2 coming and will not be adding a woofer to it...
ECR has some nice examples of rear door mounted subs though..

different approach

2 8's firing down in a separate chamber. Tool box on top. The factory soft top bench seat won't clear. It would have with 6.5" woofers but I don't like that seat and will do side seats or none at all.

I'm using a small and simple 8" focal... Good solid deep base for real sound... Not for the booming four blocks away but surprisingly good... And can't see it very well... Forward firing...

Oh btw it's all in one deally including the amp... And it's focal so clean sound...
