yep. If a model t can run down the road legally the rsov damn well ought to be able to.
If the state of KY issues a title to the buyer I think value could be substantial.

This truck has license plates and a title. You can also accessorize it with an M2, Mk19, M240, SAW, M134, etc but it doesn't come with a drink holder.

This is Stephen Peter's RSOV. He chauffeured me to the airport in it last month. Totally road legal in FL. We stopped for refreshments and I got the usuall "nice Jeep bro" from someone.

So if a RSOV is legal from being a military vehicle then why not a Land Rover Snatch brought in on an ATF forum 6?
