Range Rover Engine Swap- Potential Value Issue?

I have a good friend that is selling his 2007 RR. The engine was replaced by the dealership at 5k miles due to chronic problems and for what it may be worth, the replacement "was pulled from the factory line". Can anyone forsee any value issues down the road? I'm just thinking about matching numbers, etc., and ignorant on the issue.

Many thanks, DM

What does the carfax say ... if it's not mentioned then I can't see it being a issue.

I think if the dealership did it at 5k miles and its been fine since and the service records are there then it would really knick the value too bad if at all, but somebody who knows more will probably give you a better answer.

Not really an issue in my experience.

Many thanks, I appreciate all of your thoughts. Now does anyone want to lick the running boards?

Done by the dealer long ago under warranty etc, if anything it has less miles than the chassis so it's a plus.
