Question about ST rear seat set-ups

So I was looking over the pictures of that black 95 ST currently for sale in the For Sale-Vehicles section and I'm a litlte confused...were inward-facing rear seats ever an option either from the dealer or factory for the NAS STs? Rather than hijack his for sale thread I wanted to get some clarification here.

This is the first black ST I've seen with inward facing jump seats. If they did come in STs, was it 1) standard, 2) year-specific, 3) option-specific, 4) just aftermarket, 5) Nigel? I couldn't really see the rear tub's floor, so I couldn't see if there were cut-outs in the mat for a bench seat that may have been back there at some point, but I thought all of the STs came with either a rear bench (option) or no bench at all.

I saw this on the Arles Blue one that Copley now has for sale too:

In an imaginary truck the dealer will install anything you want. Bench or jump seats. Just draw the dealer a picture and get in your time machine.

In 94, everything was an option, including the top. Most ST's came with the forward facing rear bench seat. But, many people have installed the jump seats.

I don't think jumps were ever an option from the dealer.

STs did not have a factory option for the jump seats. As for mounting them, the only thing required inside the passenger tub is drilling the holes to mount the feet and the bar that the seat backs bolt too.

Horsey is studying for the big test. Soon he will know all there is to know about defenders except ownership that is.

wagons = jump-seats
soft-top = bench seat

about the same from the "belt-line" down so you can swap between each type of truck.

My 19th month old squealed in delight over those, she can't decide where to start! She wanted to model riding in the 90 so Horsey could see what ownership could be...

Only alive 19 months and closer to defender ownership than Horsey will ever be and the real kick in the nuts is that truck is black.

You haven't earned the right yet to mock Horsey. There was a long time that you wanted a black truck and I thought you would never get one. Then again you never posted before ownership and now you do own one so I guess mock away.

And ST, just too high mileage and price (it's not free)!

I think the biggest problem is that it's not for sale.

OK thanks guys that's what I always thought...there never were any STs that came with the jumpers.

Dear Diary,

Today I learned that NAS ST Defenders never came with jump seats. I also learned that I am a fag.

More tomorrow.

Love Horsey

There never were any NAS US STs that came from the factory with the jumpers.

I think there was like 6 NAS spec STs produced in the UK, not for export, that I think MAY have had the jump seats.
I want to say they were those horrid green ones but I could be wrong.

One day, in the Mystical Land of Defenders, Horsey confused "Jump Seats" with his sleepwear, "Jumpers,"...mockery soon followed...
