Puma wing marker lights assistance

The scenario: Puma wings, front marker lights as seen in pic, ..... the back of the lights won't fit in the wing marker light locations because of the quarter sized circular white part of the light. Realizing these lights are likely made for NAS wings(?)....are there certain LED marker lights specifically for the puma wings that I'm not seeing? I suppose I could dremel a small bit of the wing hole but prefer not to go that route.

What am I missing here?

You are looking for XGB000030.

Would be a shame to cut into that beautiful wing and put some generic light in there.

Precisely! I don't really plan on it. Mainly needed to know there were specific lights to fit these wings. Though the XGB000030 looks pretty generic itself, It's better than cutting into the wing.
Do you know if they make this light in an LED? Not a huge deal but would prefer it if its possible. Thanks for the part number!

While I'm on this topic, if I need to switch to the puma specific light for the wing, what's the part number for the wiring to tie into it? (refer to video provided by Chris) This truck doesn't have that wire set up.

LED's are available here:

The harness is probably YMD000980 but you could be opening a can of worms trying to put a new harness onto an older wiring system. You are probably best off looking for the actual plug and replacing the existing.

Naka is good kit, but the smaller bits are pricey!

Here are 10 bucks for regular, 28 for LED.
https://bearmach.com/usd/catalogsear...t/?q=XGB000030

Did you ask vendor if they would fit?

These puma wings, put the LED ones in this week. Came within week of ordering.

Cut off you old plugs, wire onto new lights, whatever.

Did you upgrade all lights to LED? If so, ensure you have right flasher relay, and don't look at Bearmach price for all new LED. You will kick yourself.

Just go pull them off a Disco 2 or Freelander at your local self-service wrecking yard with the connector pig tail.

I swapped out the amber lensed ones for the clear lens with the amber bulb, it looks a lot better to me....

Interestingly, I found two connections behind each wing for the side lamp, one made it a marker lamp, the other turned it into a turn signal.

That is what I do, crimp the early bullets on the pig tail and the plug right into the early harness.
Lots of D2's in the yards around here.
