Private Viewing of the New James Bond Film

Anyone else received an e-mail from JLR for a private viewing of the new James Bond film? The private viewing is on November 3 for a 7:45 PM showing of Spectre.

I received one this morning from Prestige Jaguar Land Rover. Meeting place is at the dealership at 6pm then will convoy to Garden State Mall AMC theater for a 7:45pm showing.

------ Follow up post added October 22nd, 2015 02:12 PM ------

I thought every JLR dealership had this offer for their very best customers :-)

Prestige ordered an Arkonik truck that I believe is in-bound to them at this point. Black 110 V8 from what I recall. I wonder if it'll be in their showroom by the time this rolls around. Did they give you a +1?

I'll assume you are all current model Range Rover owners based on this broad assumption that everyone would be invited.

I got a note from my local dealership that read something like this:

"Dear Classic Rover Owner,
You are invited to come by JLR Charlotte on 23 Oct 2015 at 7PM for a private viewing of our asses. You will then be invited to kiss them continuously until 8PM, at which time you will be escorted off the property.

Thank you for your decade old patronage. Please consider us in the future when you are ready to purchase a new or certified used vehicle from us.

Sincerely, Charlotte JLR

PS. Don't drink our coffee when you come by. That's for customers.

Mark,

Your assuming they know your truck is a land rover. They mistake it for a motor home.

Hilarious. Every time I go into a dealership I feel like its become more of a boutique. I remember back in the day, the salesmen were kinda crunchy, wearing llbean shirts, safari hats. Now its long ass pointy Italian shoes and gaudy watches matched with the gucci belt. The customer truly has changed!

There's change in everything.
Just like Harley shops. They used to have concrete floors and were dingy. Now they are carpeted or marble floored and resemble Macy's Department store.

My Liechtenstein dealer sent me one as well. The question is will the movie be in German or English with sub-titles. Could be cool.

We got the invite. My wife just tried to RSVP and we got a notice that the event is sold out due to overwhelming demand. Oh well, I can wait until it's on Netflix.
