Prices Going Up

Ive got a 97 ST that Im not selling but I check this site every now and then to see whats for sale and it seems like prices have jumped a lot in the past few years. I would have thought the flow of older models coming in would have brought the prices of NAS units down. Any thoughts on why the rise?

Just because they are NAS it keeps them exclusive

I feel like prices really jumped when LR announced worldwide defender production ending in 2015. Seems dealers and collectors are buying them up. And they don't sell cheap.

Is it the asking prices are up or the sale prices too? Always hard to tell.

We have a few very long threads on. This - one was actually just bumped last week. Clean NAS trucks are fetching premiums, and others are sitting. Look at taber509's truck here - it was bid up on eBay to only $28,500.

Agreed...Market test one of your NAS beauties! Let's see how long it takes to sell that 300K 110...

Recall that had a milage discrepancy with the 97' speedo. And besides, it was rhinolined. ;-)
Thinking it is the blemish free trucks going for the premiums.

I too am curious if the sale prices are anything like the asking prices. I think there is a significant difference between the two.

FYI, moved to chit chat where it belongs.
