http://www.4wheelonline.com/ is where I got my Warn 9000 winch. Showed up when promised and was the best price that I could find back in Nov. 2004.

The best deal on a power tank is to not buy one! Buy a Diving tank from a diving supply store and then get a regulator from a Party supply store. This is what I did and got everything for $100. I run the air locker and fill tires off of it with supplies from HD. I can fill a 37in tire from 8psi to 25 in about a minute or minute and 30. The mounting plate was separate and runs about $30

edit: And for the winch, I bought of ebay. Got a HS9500i for $720 out the door brand new. One of the best winches made, I could not be happier with the buy.

I go with David on this one. Make your own. I bought a brand new 20 pound tank from a place called www.TheBeverageFactory.com in San Diego for around $90 and a regulator for $45 and the bracket David shows. I have been using to run air tools and have filled several tires and have yet to refill it. The pictures are prior to buying the mounting bracket. Do yourself a favor and make your own.

Can you buy just the regulator from powertanks? I thought that's what made them more desirable?
Also, I was thinking I could carry a 20oz. paintball tank with a regulator for emergency tire fills, anybody see an obvious problem with this?
