From what I understand, it sold at auction from them at 70k and the winning bidder backed out (believe it or not) so now they are open to offers. I have a call in to them and an waiting a returned call.

What's up with the panhard setup? I can't really tell from the poor photo, but it looks like there's a bar from chassis rail to chassis rail, and then one to the axle??

It is for support. Think along the same lines as a power steering pump brace. Same thing.
